Covid-19 Photoshoot Guidelines

DeVore Design’s operations have been deemed essential by local authorities, so DeVore Design will continue to serve the needs of real estate agents throughout Central Florida.

We have implemented strict policies and procedures to protect the safety of our staff and customers.

  • We are limiting the number of properties our photographers shoot each day.
  • We have also implemented a “no touch” policy, so our photographers will not be touching light switches, personal items or any décor.
  • We are asking the sellers leave the property as permitted by any shelter in place restrictions. This could include waiting outside on the patio, waiting outside in a running car or any other permissible options.
  • We are asking real estate agents to meet our photographers at the property to conduct a preparedness and pre-shoot walkthrough. This way we can work together to identify any parts of the home that may not be ideal for photos or video.
  • We also ask that real estate agents and our photographers maintain 6 feet distance during the shoot.
  • Finally, we have implemented a pre-screening questionnaire that will be emailed. This questionnaire is designed to identify any potential exposure to Covid-19 in the last 14 days. This should be passed on to your sellers as well.

These guidelines are designed to protect all of us – real estate agents, sellers and DeVore Design staff.

With these new guidelines in place it is imperative the properties are ready upon arrival. We have full guidelines for preparation on our website, and in your user profile you can download a branded prep sheet with your logo and contact information – which can be supplied directly to your sellers.
