Our photo service includes high quality digital photographs processed by hand for color accuracy and clarity. Our photos are eye catching to home buyers and to those seeking an agent to sell their home.
Real Estate Videos
Cinematic real estate videos present all the features and qualities of the property. A professional voiceover is included, along with a music soundtrack. Standard voiceovers are in English, but additional languages are available.
Aerial Photography
Aerial real estate photography gives buyers a unique birds-eye perspective that is alluring and memorable. We offer aerial media, photo and/or video for an upgrade. We follow industry standard procedures to ensure safe flight and great results.
Dedicated Website
According to a 2013 study, real estate related searches on Google saw a 120% increase from 2011 to 2012. We feed this demand by providing each shoot with a dedicated website and a unique “.com”. This website features property photos, videos and all relevant agent contact information.
Virtual Tour
We will transform the narrated video into a format that is acceptable for use as an MLS virtual tour. Our virtual tour features full motion video and voiceover narration, and is far more effective than traditional slide show based virtual tours.
